It starts from Vico Equense, a culinary paradise, where are made unique products, such as sausage and salami made of pork and orange rind, and the magnificent dairy products, from burrini, caciottine filled with a delicate butter puree, the caprignetti, small balls made from a creamy goat cheese (ricotta-cheese) that, after being sprinkled with herbs, are preserved in oil.
